Electric Utility Experience
Mr. Norling has provided environmental services on a variety of projects for the electric utility industry in the Rocky Mountain west and throughout the Southwestern United States. These have included power plant siting projects, transmission line upgrade and reconductoring projects, and facility licensing support for state energy regulators. For these projects he has provided may types of environmental assistance including, siting studies for plants and alignment comparisons, and selection for transmission lines to identify constraints and opportunities. - Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) Glenwood Springs to Rifle 69-115kV Transmission Line Upgrade Project, Garfield County, Colorado
- Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) Valmont to Broomfield 115-230kV Upgrade Project and Erie Tap Layfayette 115kV Reconductor Project, Boulder County, Colorado
